Shipping & Handling
We, at Pipertech want to offer you a pleasant and hassle-free online shopping experience. If you are not sure yet, we strongly advise you to take your time and send us your inquiry, any information you provide, such as your career or the games you play will help our experienced team to guide you through the process and, with our assurance, completely eliminate any confusion you may have concerning your purchase.
There are two ways:
- Create an account with your email address and a password. Creating an account is always better if you want to keep track of your order history, news, and blogs. It makes it easier for us to assist you if you have any questions concerning your purchase.
- You can purchase an item without registration. That might be quicker for you if you are in a rush, however keep in mind that you will not be receiving our latest promotions, deals or news articles and you wont be able to see your order history.
At Pipertech the order process is made in two steps:
Once you have checked out and made your payment, you will receive an email confirming your order which will indicate your order number and some of your information. In order to avoid complications, and for you to get your purchase on time, please verify the information and make sure that it is accurate.
Once the order is processed internally, which normally takes 24 hours, we prepare a waybill and send you a tracking number.
The tracking number provided to you in your confirmation email will help you easily track your order! Please contact us at 1.800.743.9570 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you are experiencing longer than usual delays.
We make sure that all our shipping orders are shipped within 1-3 days of your purchase, depending on product availability. However, orders made on the weekends and on holidays shall be processed on the following business day.
Please make sure to indicate any information that is useful for shipping purposes, such as:
- Company Name;
- Shipping Address;
- Suite or Apartment Number;
- Preferred Time of Delivery
If there are any last minute changes made to your shipping information, please make sure to advise us within 24 hours of your order confirmation at email@example.com. Any shipment that is returned due to an error made by you shall be at your expense.
Free Shipping with Pipertech
Free shipping on certain orders applies only to Canadian provinces; QC, NL, NS, NB, PE, ON, MB, AB, SK, BC. Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon are not eligible for free shipping with Pipertech unless otherwise advertised on the product listing. In some cases, shipping charges cannot be adjusted to be province/territory specific. In these cases, a separate invoice will be sent with the shipping charges based on your destination.
Orders with a P.O.Box address shall not be processed.as major shipping companies don’t deliver to such addresses
